Sounds are only for our ears… or are they?  Challenge yourself to make a sound into something you can see.


School Curriculum and Standards Authority Curriculum Links

  • Kindergarten – Communicating: Express ideas and feeling and make meaning using creative arts such as drawing, painting, sculpture, drama, dance movement, music, and storytelling.
  • Pre-primary, Year 1 and 2 Drama: Exploration and experimentation of two (2) elements of drama:
    • voice (loud, soft, varying loud and soft; pace and pitch)
    • movement (big, small; use of facial expressions; gestures; posture) to create drama (ACADRM028)
  • Pre-primary, Year 1 and 2 Music: Development of aural skills by exploring the elements of music, including tempo, pitch, rhythm, dynamics (getting louder, getting softer) to create music (ACAMUM080; ACAMUM082)
